When changing foods please introduce gradually over a period of two weeks.

Free Delivery to mainland UK on all 15kg bags of Arcklebear Working Dog Food. All other mainland UK deliveries will have a delivery charge of £4.99.
Arcklebear Working Gundog Food is delivered using DPD as our trusted couriers. We aim to deliver your products within 2 - 5 working days from confirmation of order.
You will receive message updates from DPD to inform you of your 1- hour delivery time slot. If the time slot is not convenient, you will be able to contact them to organise an alternative time or a safe place for delivery. Any change to this process is made at the customer's discretion and cannot be claimed against for damaged or missing orders.
We do our upmost to facilitate a fast and efficient service, regrettably on rare occasions delivery may be outside of the original times given which is outside of our control.

Damaged Goods
We endeavour to make sure care is taken to package and transport your product carefully. If, on receipt of your product you find that it is damaged please photograph the damaged packaging and e-mail a copy of the photo including your order number and phone number to clare@arcklebeargundogs.co.uk. Once received we aim to deal with the problem as quickly as possible. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. The product must be returned in an unused and undamaged state with the order number included. Please note that it is your responsibility for the cost of return shipping of the product.
